How do i activate radio in my apple iPod 8gb nano???

well…there is a option in the options menu where i have selected
the radio option to be shown in menu.But the Radio option is not shown in the main menu .Is there a need of any external device to play radio in my ipod 8gb nano?or how do i activate radio??

on the apple site theres a radio remote you connect to it which gets the radio signal. so the reciever isnt actually in the iPod itself.
that radio option is just to select it when the remote is plugged into the iPod.
