I need help? Can you explain what a “feed URL” is?

I’m creating a blog and I don’t know what a “feed URL” is.

On the site where you can make one, it says you need a blog name, a blog URL, a feed URL.
Then it says to click all that apply like:yahoo.com,weblogalot.com,blogdigger.com. I don’t really understand what they are explaining.
Then it asks for a language like:ping.bloggers.jp,blog-search-net.,and bulkfeeds.net.
Then it asks for specialiazed:ipodder.org and freshpodcasts.com.

Can you answer me question or go to the link if you can’t understand it.
http://bloggers.com

Please be as exact as possible.

I can tell you what it means, but how to use it on bloggers.com, I don’t know because I never used that site.
A feed URL is just an address pointing to a RSS feed. You know those sites who let you subscribe to their RSS? That button “subscribe” is just a link to a special type of XML file, and that page is called a feed URL.
