Rico Alto Saxophone

High C on my Alto Saxophone?
I have a alto saxophone and I am using 2 1/2 rico reeds, and for someone reason I just can’t get high c.
2 1/2 rico reeds are really soft. You need some reed resistance to get a good sound on the high notes. The reed probably stops vibrating on those high notes since the reed is soft. Try a stronger reed and I suggest switching reed brands to Vandorens.
