is it possible to buy a strap for my saxophone strap for my case so i can wear like a backpack?

carrying my alto sax is really annoying, can i buy a strap for it so i can carry it on my back?, or something like that?

look on musiciansfriend.com or something of that sort. They have many different cases that do have straps like a backpack. I believe the one i have seen is called a “gig bag” rather than a case.
