Tenor Saxophone Neck

How do I clean the neck on my tenor saxophone?

I’m a begginer saxophonist and I don’t know how to clean the neck. Do I have to buy something, run water through it, etc. If I do have to buy something tell me how much it costs and what to do until I buy it if you know.

Put a piece of felt around some sort of weight attached to a string. This can be run through and will clean out the inside. Most music stores have these pretty cheap. Good on you for cleaning it!
